  • Preparation of a comprehensive inventory of contents and condition (including photographs) by an independent inventory clerk. This is essential if there is a requirement to deduct money from a tenant’s bond at the end of the tenancy for alleged damage

Referencing Fee

(to cover costs of credit references, move in costs and associated administration costs)

  • Additional Person - £50
  • Guarantor - £50
  • Company - £300

Other Costs

  • Inventory and check-in fee

An inventory & check in fee is payable prior to the start of the tenancy. The amount will depend on the size of the property.
